Sparkling Wine making - Transfer Method

The Transfer Method of sparkling wine making is in a way the same of the Traditional Method, only with the difference that the bottles after aging are emptied in a pressurized tank. No labour-intensive riddling & disgorge.


Instead, the wine flows through high pressure filters. After filtering, a dosage of sugar is added, where after the sparkling is bottled.
